GEORGE C. (BUZZ) PARK JR. , CPE
PRESIDENT

Senior Estimator. Attended University of Texas and over 35 years experience in the construction field. He has been with Moore Erection since March 1983. He began his career in the steel business in 1971. His background is in estimating and job costing and he holds a C.P.E. (Certified Professional Estimator) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators. He has been involved with custom engineered metal buildings since 1973 and pioneered Moore's custom engineered program in 1983. He has worked as both a steel subcontractor as well as in the general contracting business and has been involved with numerous design build projects.

DALLAS A. CLOUD
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Attended American River College and Texas A&M. Over 30 years of experience in commercial construction. Has been with Moore Erection since October 1984. CFO in charge of job costing, accounting, review and process subcontracts, change orders and monthly pay requests. Dallas grew up in the construction industry as the son of a general contractor and over the years has experienced all phases of construction. He attended American River College and Texas A&M University with studies in Construction Engineering Technology. His duties include areas such as chief financial officer and contract administrator. Dallas currently serves on the executive board of the Associated Builders & Contractors and also holds the office of past Chairman for the Associated Builders & Contractors, and is currently on the PAC Committee, sits on the Legislative Affairs Committee and serves as a representative to the ABC National Free Enterprise Alliance and Chapter Development Committees.

DON DRAKE
FIELD OPERATIONS MANAGER

Don Drake is responsible for all company owned equipment & tools as well as warehouse management. This includes purchasing and maintenance of all fleet vehicles including crane, fork lifts & welding machines etc. He also coordinates logistics for equipment, tools and supplies with the field managers on job sites and insures warehouse stock & inventory are up to date.

SHARON EICHMAN
OFFICE MANAGER

Sharon Eichman oversees Payroll & Accounts Payable for our company. She handles the incident and accident reports, serves as our Health Insurance Benefits Administrator. She maintains employee records, handles and files all insurance claims; Auto, Workers comp, Casualty & Theft.

DONNA IBANEZ
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Donna began her career in the early 90's on the contract surety side of the construction industry, specializing in operations. Applying that knowledge, she served as Risk Management Administrator for a large General Contractor. New to the San Antonio area, Donna joined Moore Erection in January of 2006. She is responsible for job costing, monthly accounting reports, review and modification of policies and procedures, negotiating subcontracts, and marketing. Donna currently serves on the Construction Financial Management Association (CMFA) board of directors, and is an active member of Associated Builders &
Contractors (ABC).

ARCHER JOHNSON
SAFETY DIRECTOR

Archer Johnson oversees the safety and health program for the company, conducts company safety training, handles new hire orientations, conducts site safety inspections / audits, and investigates all accidents involving injury or property damage.

R. B. MORTON
CUSTOM ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING DIVISION MANAGER/ ESTIMATOR

R.B. Morton oversees the Custom Engineered Division of our company. He is responsible for attending the pre-construction meetings, handling submittals, RFC's, reviewing drawings and site inspections for new custom engineered projects, assigns Field Manager for each project, prepares and reviews project manual with Field Manager prior to start of job. R.B. Morton is also our Custom engineered Division estimator. R.B. currently serves on the Ceco Presidents Advisory Council.

MIKE SUMMERS
STRUCTURAL DIVISION MANAGER

Mike Summers is our structural Division Manager in charge of North Texas Projects. He is responsible for handling submittals, reviewing drawings and site inspections for new structural projects, assigns Field Manager for each project, prepares and reviews project manual with Field Manager prior to start of job. He also oversees all of our Tiltwall/Pre-cast work.

OLEN R. (WOODY) WOODWARD
STRUCTURAL DIVISION MANAGER

Woody Woodward oversees the Structural Division of our South Texas projects. He is responsible for handling submittals, reviewing drawings and site inspections for new structural projects, assigns Field Manager for each project, prepares schedule and reviews project manual with Field Manager prior to start of job.
